By accessing or using PDFStack, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account.
• You must keep secrets private and rotate/revoke keys when compromise is suspected.
• We may suspend or limit access to protect service security and reliability.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or malicious activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, authentication, or billing controls.
• Do not interfere with service operations, infrastructure, or other users.

Billing and Plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and may include recurring charges, plan changes, cancellation, and renewal workflows. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

Data Handling and Retention

Our data handling practices, including retention windows and privacy rights, are described in the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between generalized language in these Terms and specific retention/privacy details, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy and retention topics.

PDFStack does not use customer files to train AI models.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Intellectual Property

PDFStack branding, software, and site content are owned by PDFStack or licensed to us. You retain rights to your own input content and generated outputs, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
