PDFStack is built for developers and teams who need reliable PDF APIs. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, account identifiers, authentication/session metadata.
- Billing data: subscription status, plan tier, Stripe customer/subscription references, usage counters.
- Operational metadata: API endpoint usage, status codes, latency, timestamps, abuse/rate-limit events.
- Support communication: information you share when contacting support.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use customer files to train AI models.
How We Use Information
- Operate and secure the service.
- Authenticate users and enforce API limits/quotas.
- Process subscriptions, billing, and support requests.
- Monitor reliability and improve performance.
Data Retention

Service Providers
We use trusted providers to run PDFStack, including infrastructure/hosting, authentication/database services, and billing processors (such as Stripe). These providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual and security controls.
Security
We apply technical and organizational controls including authentication, access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and logging/monitoring safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access and abuse.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
